Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram account @annephung, where I share my life- the highs the lows and all in between. In 1990 I moved to America together with my brother and parents at the age of one-and-half. Without my parents' passion for dedication and hard work it is likely that I would not be with you sharing my story. Knowing I had an opportunity to have a brighter future, I strived to be their proudest and had a clear vision for achievement. There was a specific plan for me for my life: university and get a corporate job, get married, buy an apartment and have children. That was my ideal of what success would look like. But the reality of life changed my plans. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money were not what I needed to feel happy. I thought I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. My passion for fitness and my love of socializing with people helped me pursue a new career as a personal trainer. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in 2021. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian women. To lead in my field and provide high-quality coaching and help others live a happier and healthier life by establishing a life that is tailored to meet their needs and help them achieve their targets. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they can achieve their goals, pursue their dreams and live the life of your dreams. While my career was taking off I also lost my mom. The loss of my mother is most devastating of them all. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be on my mind and in my heart. brain. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us, but they can be very beneficial. In so many ways, my mother's passing affected me in many ways. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to live through her demise. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I got my second chance to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I live my life now and not merely existing like I was in my past. When I share my experience I hope that my thoughts will resonate with those of yours. My hope is to aid you in understanding that you're not alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in whatever you want to achieve. It is my prayer to live your life at your best and never have regrets when it comes to the end of your life. The death of a person is the only certainty in our lives.
