Annette Funicello measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Annette Funicello's dancing partner was discovered at Fullerton California by Walt Disney when she was just thirteen years old. Funicello was, much to the annoyance of the other Mickey Mouse Club stars, became a part of the cast once the premiere season was over and was not required to apply for an audition. But, the Disney's instincts were true as she soon was the most sought-after star on The Mickey Mouse Club and was featured in her own tale Adventures in Dairyland. Soon it was obvious that Funicello had to record in order to exploit her talents as a teenage star, and while Annette did not seem to be very happy with her singing talent, Disney engaged established arranger Tutti Camerata, who would guide her career as an recording artist. Funicello was able to get used to the idea of recording music and really liked having a working relationship with Camerata. The singer was one of those who, at forty, could at that time, understand the basic elements of rock. Annette Sings Anka is the album that marked the beginning of her improvement. This was possibly the first LP featuring a rock songwriter. Funicello was featured as a character in Beach Party which was one of five hugely popular film series, which often featured Frankie Avalon. Although produced by AIP the scripts were personally checked and signed off by Walt Disney, in order to protect Annette's impeccable image. Funicello films were crucial grounds to break other artists; Stevie Wonder appeared in Muscle Beach Party
